Ran with Kash this morning at Kiara Park. Did a 4km trail run there. First time for me to run there actually, the trail I mean. We did a 2 loop run then finished.
A light run today, it's ok. Given I ran 18km yesterday. The only thing that stopped me from doing another 20km is a massive nipple bleed. Painful!!It's been a while since I got myself a nipple bleed.
