Its been like 2 days since I didn't jog. My body is a bit tired I guess. I thought today also I can jog, woke up around 615 am. Take up my fatburner, wore my running vest and short, then suddenly..rain..
And now, I'm caffeine OD.hahaha

Ipoh International Run
30th June 07
- Pick up Geraldine at TTDI
-Arrived in Ipoh around 11, collect numbers from Mr. Lai FS (PM38), thank you Lai, even though we arrived late at your hotel..hoho
-Take a while to search for Geraldine's hotel. But found lah.
-Go back to me house in Bercham, setting up for everything, food, pined numbers on vest, arranging things.
-Sleep

~RACE DAY~
-Overslept, I woke up around 0645
-11, balik KL. Sad, but what to do. The feeling of missing a race is worst than putus cinta..huh
