Cupping or Berbekam is a treatment process where it sucked out dirty blood out of our system, using cup, jar, bull horns or simply using bamboo.

I did my cupping process on Saturday. I merely testing the method, just want to check what's the fuss is all about. Went to this uncle which was recommended by a lady from my office. It was painful..The air sucking my skin, after that needles were poke into my skin. Like 5 times in 9 different places.Wow..
Anyhow, here's some picture
Went home...
After that, in the evening I went join Julie, Achap, Fong and Akil for a hike in Bukit Tabur in Tmn Melawati. Well, actually I didnt know it is supposed to be a hike. I even brought a newly bought Saucony A2 to that hike. Well my fault actually, when Julie said "panjat Bukit Tabur", I thought as in running like in double hill.
Well, it turns out quite nice. Climbing that hill, never done it in my whole life, and I suddenly got hooked into it. Is this trail running? Is this what I will endure in Perhentian Challenge or Genting Trailblazer? My heart was pumping hard that time, either I'm not use to this climbing thingy (plus my quads hurt like shit) or because of the cupping on the morning.
Thanks Julie and Achap for inviting me. It's been an eye-opener. And I need a trail shoe. Registerd and paid for Genting TrailB but not yet for Perhentian Challenge
Some pics, thanks to Julie for uploading it in her FaceBook
