The sky are clear tonight. Can see stars somemore,i can't remember when is the last time i saw stars in the clear night sky. The time is 2122 and i just finish 11km run at Tasek Subang(near to SJMC). I didn't run this morning because of the heavy rain (around 0600), and i slept during lunch (im supposed to swim today). Puas dapat lari!! My back still sore,due to the gym session yesterday. Not a fast run,just slow and easy plus 3 sets of crunches and 3 sets of pushups.
